Slide Verse License and

Service Agreement

The Slide Verse License and Service Agreement (hereinafter

referred to as " Agreement") is jointly concluded by the user

and the service provider Guangzhou Ganyuan Intelligent

Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ganyuan

Technology"), and the Agreement is of contractual effect.

Users shall read carefully and fully understand all the

contents of the Agreement, especially the terms of

exemption or limitation of liability, and the separate

agreement to activate or use certain services. Unless the

user has read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement,

the user has no right to use Slide Verse and its services. The

user shall be deemed to have read and agreed to sign this

Agreement by using Slide Verse and its services. If the user

is under the age of 18, please read the Agreement with the

legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use

for minors.

Importantnotes:

First, before using Slide Verse and related services, users

should carefully read the terms of the Slide Verse License

and Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). Ganyuan

Technology hereby reminds users to carefully read all the

terms of this Agreement, especially the terms that exempt

or restrict Ganyuan Technology's liability (such terms usually

contain "no responsibility", "no obligation", etc.) and that

restrict users' rights (such terms usually contain "shall not",

etc.), which shall be applied to the maximum extent

permitted by Chinese laws.

The foregoing exemption,

limitation, dispute resolution and jurisdiction terms

may be written in bold, colored, or other reasonable

ways to remind you, including but not limited to

Article 3, Article 4, Article 7 and Article 9. Please read

the foregoing terms again before confirming your

consent to this Agreement or using Slide Verse

services.

Second, if the user disagrees with the terms of this

Agreement, please do not install or use Slide Verse or any

related services. Once the user clicks "Accept", "Agree" or

other buttons with similar meanings and installs Slide Verse,

or registers, starts to use and/or continues to use Slide Verse

or related services, it is deemed that the user has accepted

all the terms of this Agreement. Thereafter, the user shall

not raise any defense in any form by failing to read the

contents of this Agreement or any other similar reasons.

Third, the user has the right to supervise whether Ganyuan

Technology and its staff provide services to the user

according to the standards published by Ganyuan

Technology during the use of Slide Verse and related

services. The user can also put forward opinions and

suggestions related to Ganyuan Technology's products and

services to Ganyuan Technology at any time.

1.Definitions and descriptions

In this Agreement, unless otherwise stated, the

following terms have the following meanings:

1.1 Agreement: refers to the text of this agreement,

the Slide Verse Privacy Policy, the Cube Station

Children's Personal Information Protection Guidance,

the specific game privacy policy (if any), the game

rules with revised versions. Once officially released, the

above contents shall be an integral part of this

Agreement.

1.2 Ganyuan Technology: also called “we”, “us”,

“our”, refers to Guangzhou Ganyuan Intelligent

Technology Co., Ltd.

1.3 Application rules: refers to the user rules, user

regulations, application announcements and notices on

Slide Verse which issued and revised from time to time

by the service provider of Slide Verse.

1.4 Slide Verse: the general name of mobile

applications operated by Ganyuan Technology

(including but not limited to: Android version, iOS

version and any other adaptive version that can be

operated on mobile intelligent devices), as well as any

updates, upgrades, patches, etc. related to such mobile

applications. Slide Verse may be provided in the form

of software and in this case, Slide Verse also includes

the software and relevant documents.

1.5 User: also called "end user", “you” or “your”,

refers to the natural person who obtains the use license

of Slide Verse through legal means provided by

Ganyuan Technology and installs to use Cube Station

and its services.

1.6 Application account: also called "account" and

"user account", refers to the user account successfully

registered by the user in accordance with this

Agreement and relevant regulations and policies in

order to use Slide Verse services.

1.7 Ganyuan Technology Members: also called

"members" and "VIP", refer to users who obtain

membership by using Ganyuan Technology services

(including but not limited to effective recharge in

applications). Members is able to obtain membership

experience in certain ways, and is entitled to the

membership level and benefits (if any) corresponding

to the membership experience. There is a one-to-one

correspondence between the member account and the

application account, but the benefits of each Slide

Verse product under the same member account can

only be received once. The application products and

benefits that members obtain are subject to the actual

distribution of Ganyuan Technology.

1.8 Slide Verse Device Verification: refers to

the device verification page that popped up

when connecting to the intelligence device

through the personal homepage to verify

GANCUBE intelligence devices (including but not

limited to smart cube, timer and robot) for more

rights and benefits. Each smart device can only

be verified by one account and the verification

cannot be transferred.

1.9 Slide Verse service: also called "Ganyuan

Technology Service", refers to various services related

to applications provided by Ganyuan Technology.

1.10 Application data: refers to various data

generated by users in the process of using Cube

Station and recorded by the server, including

application log, security log and other data.

2.Intellectual Property Statement

2.1 Ganyuan Technology is entitled to all legal rights

(including but not limited to intellectual property rights)

of Slide Verse according to laws and regulations. All

copyrights and all other intellectual property rights of

Slide Verse, as well as all information related to Slide

Verse, including but not limited to written expression

and its combination, icons, decorations, charts, color

combinations, webpage design, page framework,

relevant data, printed materials, or electronic

documents, are protected by Chinese intellectual

property laws and regulations and relevant

international treaties.

2.2 "Ganyuan Technology, product logo (graphics)

and/or product and service marks of Ganyuan

Technology" embodied in Slide Verse are trademarks or

registered trademarks of Ganyuan Technology in China

and/or other countries/regions, and users shall not use

them without legal authorization.

2.3 Ganyuan Technology owns the patent right,

patent application right, trademark right, copyright and

other intellectual property rights in Slide Verse and

related services. Ganyuan Technology has not granted

any intellectual property rights related to Slide Verse to

the user because of this Agreement or because it

provides Slide Verse and related services to the user.

The rights not explicitly granted to users in this

Agreement are reserved by Ganyuan Technology.

3.Application account

3.1 If users need to use Slide Verse, the users

shall log in to the real-name registration system

and conduct real-name registration in

accordance with relevant laws and the

requirements of government regulatory

authorities. When conducting real-name

registration, the user needs to provide true,

legal, accurate and effective identity information

and other necessary information, and the user

shall not register with others’ identity

information. Otherwise, Ganyuan Technology has

the right to take one or more of the treatment

measures specified in Article 8.8 of the

Agreement and publish the results. All the

consequences arising therefrom shall be borne

by the user, and Ganyuan Technology has the

right to claim for compensate for all the losses

caused thereby.

3.2 The user fully understands and agrees that, in

order to better provide users with Slide Verse services,

Ganyuan Technology may submit the user's

information to its affiliates, and Ganyuan Technology

has the right to organize, count, analyze and utilize the

user's information by itself or through a third party.

3.3 The user fully understands and agrees that

Ganyuan Technology or the third party it cooperates

with may, based on the user's information, provide the

user with information about Slide Verse's activities,

promotional information, and other types of

information by messages, telephone, email, and other

means.

3.4 The application account is the

identification and credentials that Ganyuan

Technology authorizes you to log in and use

Slide Verse and related services according to this

Agreement, and its ownership belongs to

Ganyuan Technology. You only have the right to

use your account in accordance with this

Agreement, the relevant account use agreement

and the special rules issued by Ganyuan

Technology for this purpose. You are not allowed

to provide your account to others for use in any

way, including but not limited to transfer, lease,

borrowing and other ways, including but not

limited to live broadcast, recording, training, and

other commercial uses. Otherwise, you shall bear

any legal consequences and liabilities arising

therefrom, and Ganyuan Technology has the

right to take measures against your account,

including but not limited to warning, restricting,

or prohibiting the use of all or part of the

functions of the account, deleting the account

with data and other necessary information,

locking the account, and even canceling the

account. All consequences arising therefrom

shall be borne by you.

3.5 You fully understand and agree that Ganyuan

Technology has the right to verify whether the identity

information provided by the user while registering is

true and effective according to the laws and

regulations, and should take reasonable technical and

management measures to ensure the security and

effectiveness of the user account. Users are obliged to

keep their accounts and passwords properly and use

them correctly and securely. If any party fails to fulfill

the above obligations, resulting in loss of account and

password, theft of account and other circumstances,

and causing damage to the civil rights of users and

others, shall bear the legal liability arising therefrom.

If you discover that others falsely use or

embezzle your account and password, or any

other using circumstances that are without your

legal authorization, you should immediately

notify Ganyuan Technology in an effective way

(we can be contacted through Ganyuan

Technology Customer Service

[wislide@ganrobot.com]). When you notify

Ganyuan Technology, you should provide your

valid personal identity information consistent

with your registered identity information. After

Ganyuan Technology receives your valid request

and verifies your identity, corresponding

measures (including but not limited to

suspending the login and use of the account) will

be taken based on the specific situations. If

Ganyuan Technology takes corresponding

measures according to your request and causes

losses to you and other users, the

responsibilities shall be borne by you. If you do

not provide valid identity information or the

personal valid identity information you provide is

inconsistent with the registered identity

information, Ganyuan Technology has the right

to refuse your request, and you shall bear any

loss caused thereby.

3.6 Ganyuan Technology will take effective

measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests

of minors in the process of using Ganyuan Technology

services in accordance with relevant laws and

regulations and the provisions of this Agreement,

including possible technical measures, prohibiting

minors from contacting inappropriate or functional

items, limiting minors' time, and preventing minors

from indulging in the Internet. As a part of the rules,

Ganyuan Technology will also issue user guidance and

warning instructions at appropriate locations, including

content introduction, correct use methods and methods

to prevent hazards. All minor users should carefully

read and follow these guidelines and instructions under

the guidance of the legal guardian. Other users should

avoid publishing and producing any content harmful to

the physical and mental health of minors in the process

of using Ganyuan Technology services, and jointly

create a healthy environment.

4.Collection, use and protection of user information

4.1 You agree and authorize Slide Verse to collect

your personal information for the purpose of

performing this Agreement. When you use the Slide

Verse service, Slide Verse will collect the information

that you forwardly provide or generate by using the

service in accordance with the Slide Verse Privacy

Terms and the specific privacy policy (if any), so as to

provide you with and optimize our service and protect

your account security.

4.2 If Slide Verse provides you all kinds of

information about activities and promotion of

Slide Verse, the collection and use of your

personal information will follow the Slide Verse

Privacy Terms and specific privacy policies (if

any).

4.3 You acknowledge and agree that if the

competent government authorities require Cube

Station to assist in investigating your account

(including real-name identity information) and

relevant data (such as recharge, consumption,

transaction and other data) according to laws,

Slide Verse can provide the above-mentioned

relevant information to the competent

government authorities.

4.4 You shall fully respect the personal information

of any person, including but not limited to other users,

that you know, receive or can access through Slide

Verse and related services. You shall not collect, copy,

store, disseminate or use other users' personal

information in any other way, otherwise, you should

bear the consequences arising therefrom.

4.5 Protecting users' personal information and

privacy is a basic principle of Cube Station. The

collection, use and protection of users' personal

information by Slide Verse service will follow the

provisions of the Slide Verse Privacy Terms,

specific privacy policies (if any) and other

agreements. If you have agreed to Slide Verse

handle your personal information according to

the above agreement or provisions and then

withdraw your consent, your withdrawal will not

affect the effectiveness of the personal

information processing activities based on your

consent before withdrawal according to the law.

5.Privacy Policy

It is a basic policy of Ganyuan Technology to respect

users' personal privacy. Therefore, Ganyuan

Technology will not disclose, modify or release users'

registration information and the non-public content

stored in Ganyuan Technology's various services,

unless Ganyuan Technology considers it necessary to

disclose such information on the basis of good faith, or

obtains users' prior consent according to the provisions

of Cube Station Privacy Terms or other situations,

including but not limited to the following situations:

5.1 Comply with relevant laws and regulations,

including providing the information content and release

time, Internet address or domain name published by

users on Ganyuan Technology's website when inquired

by national authorities.

5.2 Maintain the intellectual property rights and

other important rights of Ganyuan Technology.

5.3 Maintain the privacy of users and the public in

an emergency.

6.Limitation of Liability

6.1 The user promises to bear any risks

arising from the use of Slide Verse and related

services. Ganyuan Technology does not make

any other type of guarantee (whether explicit or

implicit) except for the explicit and appropriate

guarantee based on the specific purpose and

without violating the provisions. Ganyuan

Technology does not guarantee:

6.1.1 The relevant services provided by Slide

Verse and Ganyuan Technology meet the user's

requirements;

6.1.2 The relevant services provided by Slide

Verse and Ganyuan Technology are not be

affected by force majeure, computer viruses,

hacker attacks, system instability, user location,

user shutdown, reasons of the

telecommunications department and any other

external or human factors such as networks,

technologies and communication lines;

6.1.3 There is no conflict between installing,

copying, accessing websites, recharging, running

Slide Verse or using Slide Verse in other ways

and/or accepting relevant services provided by

Ganyuan Technology and any other software;

6.1.4 The business reputation of the third party

and the authenticity, validity and legitimacy of the

services provided through the links and labels on

Ganyuan Technology website, the official website

of the application program and other relevant

networks.

6.2 The user fully understands and

agrees that Ganyuan Technology has the

right to apply relevant technologies or

software to Slide Verse in order to improve

the security level of Slide Verse service.

However, Ganyuan Technology does not

guarantee that these security measures can

completely eliminate the risk of application

account being stolen or lost by others.

6.3 The user fully understands and

agrees that, in order to make efficient use of

server resources, if the user does not log in

to the application for 365 consecutive days,

Ganyuan Technology has the right to take

such disposal measures as deleting the

application data and relevant information

(including but not limited to role, level,

virtual goods, virtual currency and other

data information) under the account and its

account, which may lead to the loss of the

user's relevant rights and interests under

the application account. The deleted data

information cannot be recovered, and

Ganyuan Technology does not assume any

responsibility for this.

6.4 If the account is abnormal (including but

not limited to the user's application role,

application props, application equipment,

application currency, membership experience and

other account data are abnormal), Ganyuan

Technology has the right to temporarily freeze

your account. If the abnormality of the account is

caused by abnormal application behavior,

Ganyuan Technology has the right to take

measures to restore the application account data

to the original state before the abnormality occurs

(including but not limited to recovering the

transferred data from a third party, deducting the

member experience, lowering the member level,

etc.), cancel the membership, delete the

application account or other measures that

Ganyuan Technology deems reasonable, and

Ganyuan Technology does not have to bear any

responsibility to you. Abnormity of the aforesaid

account includes but are not limited to the

following:

6.4.1 Abnormities due to application software

bugs, version update defects, third-party virus

attacks or any other factors;

6.4.2 Account abnormality or ownership

dispute due to third-party transactions, account

user's inconsistency with real-name

authentication information, etc;

6.4.3 Abnormities due to recharging by illegal

means or by a third party not authorized by

Ganyuan Technology;

6.4.4 There are malicious refunds in the

account. The malicious refunds include but are

not limited to the user who has obtained value-

added services such as props, resources and

equipment in the application (referred to as

"account resources") by recharging, but has not

notified Ganyuan Technology to deduct the

corresponding account resources through the

customer service contact method officially

announced by Ganyuan Technology;

6.4.5 The account is in violation of Articles 8.7

and 8.8 of this Agreement;

6.4.6 The account violates this Agreement’s

other cases.

6.5 Ganyuan Technology does not authorize

users to obtain application accounts, application

props, application equipment, application

currency, member experience and levels from

any third party by purchasing, accepting gifts or

any other means. Ganyuan Technology is not

responsible for the acts of third-party

transactions and does not accept complaints

arising from disputes arising from any third-

party transactions.

6.6 The user fully understands and agrees that

there may be an objective situation that the data may

be unable to synchronize between different operating

systems. The objective situation is not caused by

Ganyuan Technology, which may result in that the

user's recharge in one operating system and

application data cannot be smoothly transferred to

another operating system. The user shall bear the risk

of recharge loss and application data loss caused by

switching between different systems, and Ganyuan

Technology shall not be required to bear any

responsibility.

6.7 The user fully understands and agrees that the

Slide Verse may set up a forced combat area or play

method. If the user does not agree to the forced

combat, please do not enter the application or

application area; The user's entry will be deemed as

agreeing to the play method and accepting the

corresponding consequences.

7.Modification and termination of software, services, and

Agreement

7.1 In order to ensure the company's business

development, Ganyuan Technology has the right to

modify Slide Verse (including but not limited to

upgrading, updating, adding, reducing, deducing, etc.)

and related services as well as the content of this

Agreement, and also has the right to terminate Slide

Verse, related services and this Agreement. If

necessary, Ganyuan Technology will publish the

modification or termination on an important page of

Ganyuan Technology website through announcement.

Ganyuan Technology requests the users to regularly

consult information about modifications, terminations,

etc.

7.2 The user has the independent right to

unilaterally terminate the use of Slide Verse and

related services and uninstall Slide Verse at any time. If

Ganyuan Technology makes any modifications to Slide

Verse, related services or the contents of this

Agreement, and the user disagrees with the

modifications, the user has the right to unilaterally

immediately stop using Slide Verse and related

services and uninstall Slide Verse. If the user continues

to use Slide Verse and related services after the

change of relevant content, it is deemed that the user

agrees to accept the change.

8.User Behavior Specifications

8.1 On the premise that the user complies with this

Agreement, relevant laws and regulations, Ganyuan

Technology gives the user a personal, non-transferable

and non-exclusive license to use the Cube Station

service. Users can only use Slide Verse services for

non-commercial purposes, including:

8.1.1 Receive, download, install, start, upgrade, log

in, display, run and/or screen capture Cube Station;

8.1.2 Create application roles, make network

names, consult application rules, user profiles,

application game results, open application rooms, set

application parameters, purchase and use application

props, application equipment, application currency in

the application, use chat and social sharing functions;

8.1.3 Use one or more other functions supported

and allowed by Slide Verse.

8.2 The user fully understands and agrees that

application props, application equipment, application

currency, etc. are part of the Slide Verse service, and

Ganyuan Technology hereby grants you the right to

use them in accordance with this Agreement. Users

shall purchase and use application props, application

equipment, application currency, etc. in accordance

with the requirements of this Agreement and the

specific rules of the application; At the same time,

application props, application equipment, application

currency, member experience and grade benefits may

be subject to a certain period of validity. If users do not

use them within the specified period of validity, they

will automatically become invalid once the period of

validity expires, except for force majeure or other

reasons attributable to Ganyuan Technology.

8.3 The user fully understands and agrees that in

order to create a fair and healthy application

environment, Ganyuan Technology has the right to

know the random memory of the user's terminal device

and the relevant programs running simultaneously with

Slide Verse through technical means during the user's

use of Slide Verse services. Once any unauthorized

procedure endangering the normal operation of Slide

Verse service is found, Ganyuan Technology will collect

all relevant information and take reasonable measures

to combat it.

8.4 Ganyuan Technology will take effective

measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests

of minors in the process of using Ganyuan Technology

services in accordance with relevant laws and

regulations and the provisions of this Agreement,

including possible technical measures, prohibiting

minors from contacting inappropriate or functional

items, limiting minors' time, and preventing minors

from indulging in the Internet. As a part of the rules,

Ganyuan Technology will also issue user guidance and

warning instructions at appropriate locations, including

content introduction, correct use methods and methods

to prevent hazards. All minor users should carefully

read and follow these guidelines and instructions under

the guidance of the legal guardian. Other users should

avoid publishing and producing any content harmful to

the physical and mental health of minors in the process

of using Ganyuan Technology services, and jointly

create a healthy environment..

8.5 The user fully understands and agrees that you

are responsible for all acts under your user account,

including any content you publish and any

consequences arising therefrom.

8.6 Users shall abide by laws and regulations

when using Ganyuan Technology or Ganyuan

Technology services, and shall not use Ganyuan

Technology or Ganyuan Technology services to

engage in illegal acts, including but not limited

to the following:

(1) Violating the basic principles set forth in

the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national unity, sovereignty

and territorial integrity;

(3) Divulging state secrets, endangering

national security or harming national honour and

interests;

(4) Inciting national hatred and

discrimination, undermining national unity, or

infringing upon national customs and habits;

(5) Publicizing heresy and superstition;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order

and undermining social stability;

(7) Publicizing obscenity, pornography,

gambling, violence, or abetting crimes;

(8) Insult or slander others or infringe upon

their legitimate rights and interests;

(9) Violating social ethics;

(10) Having other contents prohibited by laws,

administrative regulations and State regulations.

8.7 Unless otherwise specified in this

Agreement, without the written consent of

Ganyuan Technology, the user shall not perform

the following acts, whether profitable or non-

profit:

8.7.1 Copy, copy, disseminate and display all

or part of the programs, user manuals and other

graphic, audio and video materials of Slide Verse.

8.7.2 Publicly display and broadcast all or part

of the content of this product.

8.7.3 Rent and sell Slide Verse or use Slide

Verse to make profits.

8.7.4 Modify or cover the product name,

company logo, copyright information and other

contents on Slide Verse programs, images,

animations, packages, manuals, etc.

8.7.5 Other acts in violation of copyright law,

computer software protection regulations and

relevant laws and regulations.

8.8 The user shall use Slide Verse and related

services through legal means, and shall not

commit the following acts that infringe upon the

interests of Ganyuan Technology or a third party,

disrupt the order of the application, violate the

fairness of the application, violate this

Agreement or other rules issued by Ganyuan

Technology or relevant national laws and

regulations, including but not limited to:

8.8.1 Modification, translation, annotation,

sorting, compilation and interpretation of Cube

Station;

8.8.2 Reverse engineering, reverse compiling

or disassembling Slide Verse, or using other

technical means to analyze, modify, attack and

derive Slide Verse;

8.8.3 Use any plug-in program or application

program to modify the program (the "plug-in

program" in this Agreement It refers to all

programs that are independent of the application

software and can affect the operation of the

application program while the application

program is running, including but not limited to

simulating user operation, changing the operating

environment, modifying data and other types. In

case of any conflict between the plug-in definition

specified in the relevant national laws, regulations

and the rules or normative documents of the

competent government departments and this

Agreement, the provisions of the laws,

regulations, departmental rules or normative

documents shall prevail), restore, compile, decode

or modify the network application software,

including but not limited to modifying any

proprietary communication protocol used by Slide

Verse Modify or lock the data in dynamic random

access memory (RAM);

8.8.4 Use abnormal methods to log in

applications (including but not limited to the use

of third-party software developed, authorized or

recognized by non Ganyuan Technology, system

as network accelerators or robot programs to

maliciously damage service facilities and disrupt

the normal service order;

8.8.5 Use Slide Verse in abnormal or illegal

ways (including but not limited to logging in to the

private server of the application program using

Slide Verse), maliciously break the Slide Verse,

disrupt the normal service order or perform other

improper behaviors;

8.8.6 Making, disseminating or using plug-in,

package, acceleration software and other various

cheating programs, or organizing or abetting

others to use such software programs, or selling

such software programs to seek economic

benefits for individuals or organizations;

8.8.7 Participate in the Slide Verse competition

in an abnormal or illegal way to disrupt the

normal order of the platform.

8.8.8 Any act of attempting to attack relevant

servers, routers, switches and other devices

providing application services in any way or

method to illegally obtain or modify unauthorized

data, affect normal application services, and other

harmful purposes;

8.8.9 Take advantage of the possible technical

defects or loopholes in Slide Verse or online

application system to make profits for themselves

and others in various forms (including but not

limited to copying virtual objects in the

application) or engage in other improper acts;

8.8.10 Making, copying, publishing and

disseminating information by using Slide Verse in

violation of relevant national laws and

regulations;

8.8.11 Implying or pretending to be an internal

employee or a special identity of Ganyuan

Technology in some way in an attempt to obtain

illegitimate interests or affect the rights and

interests of other users;

8.8.12 Use illegal or improper words and

characters in Slide Verse, including character

naming;

8.8.13 Stealing other people's application

account and application items;

8.8.14 Transaction of application account,

application props, application equipment,

application currency, etc. without permission;

8.8.15 Other misconduct widely recognized in

the industry, regardless of whether it has been

explicitly listed in this Agreement or application

rules.

The treatments of the situations specified in the

preceding paragraph include but are not limited to:

(1) Warning; And/or

(2) Prohibitions, including but not limited to all

area prohibitions, single area prohibitions and

public channel prohibitions; And/or

(3) Content reset, including but not limited to

resetting or forcibly modifying illegal nicknames,

room names, pictures and other illegal

information or content provided or uploaded by

you; And/or

(4) Reduce or limit your software revenue,

which includes but is not limited to the promotion

of all data (such as experience value, honor value,

reputation value, title, etc.) related to account

role growth and upgrading in the software, as well

as the acquisition of virtual props and other value-

added services in the software; And/or

(5) Delete or cancel user accounts, user data

or other user related information; And/or

(6) Restrict or prohibit you from entering

specific scenes or using specific functions of the

software; And/or

(7) Forcibly exit the software (that is, "kick out

the software"), including but not limited to forcibly

exit the entire software, or a single game battle in

the software, or other software behaviors you are

conducting; And/or

(8) Temporarily or permanently prohibit your

software account from logging into Ganyuan

Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Lock");

And/or

(9) Temporarily or permanently prohibit

specific terminals (including but not limited to PC

terminals, mobile terminals, etc.) involved in your

illegal behaviors from logging into Ganyuan

Technology; And/or

(10) Suspend or terminate your use of

Ganyuan Technology and related services, or

unilaterally notify you to terminate this

Agreement; And/or

(11) Bring a corresponding civil action against

your violations, investigate your infringement,

breach of contract or other civil liabilities, and

require you to compensate Ganyuan Technology

for the losses caused by your violations (including

the direct economic losses, reputation or business

reputation losses suffered by Ganyuan

Technology, as well as the compensation,

settlement fees, attorney fees, litigation fees and

other indirect losses paid by Ganyuan

Technology), Or transfer it to the relevant

administrative authority for administrative

punishment, or transfer it to the judicial authority

to investigate your criminal responsibility; And/or

(12) Other handling measures announced by

Ganyuan Technology through software rules

(including but not limited to user rules, user

regulations, software announcements, prompts

and notices).

You acknowledge and agree that Ganyuan

Technology has the right to judge whether you use

illegal plug-ins or software synchronizers or other

cheating hardware based on your software data and

abnormal performance because of the concealment or

disappearance of cheating hardware such as software

synchronizers.

8.9 You acknowledge and agree that if Ganyuan

Technology takes measures to lock your account in

accordance with this Agreement, the specific period of

the lock will be determined by Ganyuan Technology

according to the circumstances of your violations.

8.10 Ganyuan Technology provides the use of Slide

Verse, and uses its own network system to provide

services for users through the Internet. At the same

time, the user shall equip the following equipment and

information:

8.10.1 Equip necessary equipment for Internet

access, including mobile devices (including but

not limited to mobile phones, tablets), wireless

routers or other necessary Internet devices;

8.10.2 The user shall bear the telephone

charges and network charges related to this

service paid by individuals for Internet access;

8.10.3 Based on the importance of Ganyuan

Technology to provide services, the user agrees

that:

(1) Provide detailed and accurate personal

data.

(2) Continuously update the registration data

to meet the requirements of timely, detailed and

accurate.

(3) Remember the registration information and

historical information filled in by users.

Ganyuan Technology provides relevant customer

services to users on the premise that the user can

indicate that the user is the owner of the account,

which may require the user to provide relevant

information (including but not limited to registration

information, real name identity information, historical

password, etc.). The user understands that if the user

fails to provide accurate and complete registration

materials and relevant historical information, or fails to

update relevant registration materials or relevant

evidence in a timely manner, Ganyuan Technology may

not be able to judge the user's identity, thus failing to

provide password retrieval and other related services.

Ganyuan Technology does not assume any

responsibility for this. If Ganyuan Technology makes a

wrong judgment due to the untruthfulness, inaccuracy,

incompleteness and illegality of the relevant

information submitted by the user, Ganyuan

Technology has the right to terminate the provision of

services to the user and investigate the legal liability of

the user.

8.11 Ganyuan Technology reserves the right

to place commercial advertisements to users

through Slide Verse and related services.

9.Liability for breach of contract

9.1 The user agrees to protect and safeguard the

interests of Ganyuan Technology and other users. If

Ganyuan Technology is damaged due to the user's violation

of relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this

Agreement, the user agrees to bear the liability for damages

caused thereby, including but not limited to any direct or

indirect losses caused to Ganyuan Technology.

9.2 If the user violates this Agreement, other rules issued

by Ganyuan Technology or national laws and regulations,

Ganyuan Technology has the right to make an independent

judgment, immediately revoke the relevant license,

terminate the provision of services to the user and

investigate the legal liability of the user through various

legal ways.

10.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 The conclusion, performance, interpretation and

dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by

the laws of the People's Republic of China and all other

conflict laws shall be excluded.

10.2 If any dispute arises between the two parties over

the content or implementation of this Agreement, the two

parties shall try to settle it through friendly negotiation. If

the negotiation fails, either party is entitled to file a lawsuit

to the Primary People’s Court of Nansha District, Guangzhou.

11.General Terms

11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreements

between the parties on the agreed matters of this

Agreement and other related matters. Except for the terms

of this Agreement, no other rights are granted to any party

to this Agreement.

11.2 If any articles of this Agreement is determined to be

invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason,

the invalid or unenforceable articles will be replaced by valid

and enforceable articles closest to the original intent, and

the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain

valid and enforceable.

11.3 The headings of all articles in this Agreement are

only for the convenience of reading, and have no actual

meaning, and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation

of the meaning of this Agreement.

11.4 Ganyuan Technology has the right to change the

terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can read the

latest version of the terms of the Agreement on the pages of

Ganyuan Technology. After the terms of this Agreement are

modified, if you continue to use Ganyuan Technology

Services, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified

Agreement.

11.5 Ganyuan Technology's failure to exercise, timely

exercise or fully exercise the rights under this Agreement or

the law shall not be deemed as a waiver of such rights, nor

shall it affect Ganyuan Technology's future exercise of such

rights.

11.6 * Ganyuan Technology reserves the right of

final interpretation of this Agreement to the

maximum extent permitted by law.
